This book claims homosexuality is both nature
and nurture, but calculates the average in the population is 10% genetic
and 90% environmental, and shows that this is not fixed change
is possible. It draws its arguments from incidence in the population,
the development of sexual orientation as a child, instincts, intersexes,
cultures, prenatal hormones, neurology, genetics. It contains arguments
not found elsewhere. Although cutting edge science and summarising 1700
papers, it is very accessible to the average reader.
In addition, Craving for Love, (subtitle
Emotional dependency, homosexuality, and the God who heals, Monarch, UK,
1993, never published in the USA) although out of print, seems to have
created a continuing demand, particularly among women. Some have described
it to us as a classic. It particularly deals with the psychological roots
of dependencies. We can make available a version your wordprocessor can
read. For details see ordering information.
